The hosptial and doctors fees from this injury would be covered by the
drunk's health insurance, if it existed.
My point is about the legal or insurance world, in that two insurance
entities would be fighting over this issue about percentages etc. and paying
huge barrister and court fees. Surely it could be resolved before going
beyond the trial court stage.
