The Nazi deathcamp vid he put up a link to is a real winner, and shows
just how far he's out to lunch. If he really is that stupid, and doesn't
understand what the vid really is, it would explain why Jacob is laughed
at by the police and courts, and not considered a threat.

Most of the time, the developmentally disabled get a free pass, as long
as they don't actually do anything to anyone. They can talk all they
want. I know a guy who was in "Special Ed", and he called up several
people and threatened them. They weren't even the people he thought he
was calling! He spelled the last name wrong, and the people he thought
he was calling lived 3 doors down. The cops came and had a talk with
him, and he was warned. That was enough to totally freak him out, to the
point he was scared to do about anything outside of the house for about
a month, thinking he would "go to jail".
My ex GF's hubby and her got into it a few years ago, and he he
threatened to "Smack the shit out of you!". She called the cops just to
screw with him and got a restraining order put on him for a while. The
police took it very seriously, even though he never touched her in the
15 years they were married, not even when he was drunk as hell, and they
were at war over property division. That's about the time I met her. He
actually took me out for lunch, so I would "Try to get her to be
reasonable", and I, for some reason, did talk to her and helped convince
her to get it over with. That people couldn't tell us apart was kind of
funny too. We look so much alike, it's kind of funny, and kind of weird
and her present boyfriend looks like me too, with grey hair. I looked at
the website the hospital she works at has and picked him right out. She
says it it's not a conscious thing.
