A guy in Melbourne who does horse buggy tours got pinged for using his
mobile while, well, mobile. There was a bit of an outcry but the
authorities were adament. He broke the law and he got fined.
No pun intended but in this case the law truly is an ass...

I'm just waiting to see what KRudd has in store for us, particularly in
areas of taxation and superannuation.
