Tyrwhitt 's official claim is based on the discovery of the Telfer
Mine recorded as :
I SPOTTED THE SITE FROM THAT AIR AND LANDED NEAR BY TO TAKE SAMPLES !

At the present time Tyrwhitt does not claim anything anymore but
nearly 40 years later what the Fraud as well as the other Frauds did
cannot be alleviated.

Reply from Turcaud to Newmont Counter Claim
Newmont was interested by Turcaud in 1970 on a Trust basis to the
Great Sandy Desert major prospect ( now Telfer Mine) on a 100 000 $
cash + 1% free carried interest option).
Newmont first went around the Trust agreement by using Geologists
Employees frauds and when this failed ( due to the fact that these
Frauds : Thomson, Tyrwhitt etc claiming discovery in turn) Newmont
sacked them & resorted to a Smoke screen Company wholly owned by Boral
to peg 40 claims on the now Telfer Mine, spent the equivalent of 15
millions grand now and retrocede the show to Newmont for 15 000 $ .
Successfully blurring the issue for nearly 30 years until Bob
Sheppard, President of the APLA discovered that the 3 companies
Turcaud involved with his main Great Sandy Desert Discoveries were on
a joint venture i.e. Newmont, BHP & Anglo American. The reason why
Newmont used firstly his Tyrwhitt, Thomson, Koehn, Borner employees
fraud ( leaving by the way room for Searls, Nemwont 's Australia
President to claim pioneer status for some time) & secondly the Narla/
Boral Smoke Screen Company legerdemain was to sever the connection to
Turcaud and hence its obligation of not only the 100 000 $ down
payment but as well the 1% free carried interest.
Tyrwhitt 's & Newmont 's Discoveries were based on a more than 1.5 ton
of Gossanous samples from the primary sulphide deposit of Telfer
Mine..
The West Australia Governments over 40 years now have always backed
the Newmont, Newcrest & BHP / Billiiton refusing a Royal Inquiry
demanded by late Attorney General Evans ( indeed the Narla / Boral
investors were fleeced of Billions in the Swindle), admitting the
Tyrwhitt 's discovery as not only possible but true & rejecting all
demands of Turcaud for the promised Royal Inquiry to proceed. Needless
to say that the West Australia Parliament were clearly well rewarded
for the 11 Reserves of 100 square miles granted to Newmont & BHP, and
covering the heart of the estimated 2400 square miles deposit and of
course for opposing the promised Royal Inquiry into the Newmont &
Boral / Narla wheeling & dealings
(5 milions paid underhand in 1972 to Boral / Narla directors to
scuttle Narla, as the Hon Evans discovered )
Needless that 40 years later soon, that whole story is of no interest
to me, except that it shows the corruption of the West Australia
Parliament, the Criminal behaviour of the Mining Companies noted above
and the complete lack of Recognition or Gratitude from the Australia
Convict Rabble at large. The positive outcome though is the
development of the True Geology _which as could be expected the
Australians Criminals are mocking_ leading to the realisation that
such very sought for Base or Precious metals are not only not
difficult to discover but in fact are in such abundance than their
present value is highly speculative indeed. I hope all the mines hence
that I put on the map of Australia as well as the others will close
soon thanks to the application of the True Geology.
