** The recent case you allude to involved a deliberate act by a car driver
who *intended* to cause damage to property and injury to many persons. And
it certainly did.
It was also a highly reckless act with regard to human life - so a very
serious crime.
Once arrested, the culprit(s) will face a criminal trial and a possible long
jail term.
OTOH - wankers like YOU can be as big a .ing dick on usenet as you
like without suffering the consequences.
