You failed to mention it was 50 bicycles and he ran up the back of them
drove along side and swerved toward them then pulled in front then
slammed on the brakes.



What I found interesting from the story was he did all this (ran over
the back ones and swerved the middle ones off the road) but the front
ones were still riding at full speed.

When i used to do recreational mountain biking if you heard a mate
scream you would look to see what was happening.

Didn't the lead pack give a . about those behind them or do you not
abuse someone running you over?
