Sure they are, if you're able to identify them after they've dusted
themselves off and ridden away and if you're willing to take out a civil
suit against then to recover your costs. Of course, we all know that any
judgement may mean nothing more than a buck a week in payments after you've
spent thousands.

*if* they decide to pay.

How much damage they cause is completely irrelevant.

The fact remains that they can cause damage and kill, and they have.

Hey Phil, you sound like a typical "head so far up your own arse you look
like a pretzel" cyclist. Why don't you nick outside and play hide and go
. yourself.
