What's this specific fee you keep bleating on about? Every person in
NSW pays through their arse for the road system. Do pedestrians get
pay to a fee to walk on your sacred tarmac, too?
Rego pays for nothing other than the beaurocracy which supports it.

No idea how many pushbikes are ridden on the roads. I do know that
bicycle NSW membership (> 10k a few years back.. so who knows how many
now) specifically has $20million public liability insurance attached
to membership.
