True, but they'll still be paying the higher 33% tax on their luxury
automobiles with leather upholstry, woodgrain trim, and inbuilt
surround-sound ghettoblasters. That new tax will generate more
than enough additional revenue to cover the cost of the baby bonuses paid
to .wit druggy parents.
