**I've never been to Rocky. A mate visited there a few years back. His
partner went for lunch and he met her afterwards to tell her that he just
bought a house in the town. He rents it out and is very happy with the
returns. He plans on retiring up there in a few years. From his description,
it sure sounds nice.
