As is the idea of issuing badly trained officers with automatics to give
them a few extra shots.
Although trying to work out you seem to be agreeing that training is better
but joining in the only solution is automatics group.
But as you say later some police are quite proficient with their firearms
through time put in.
With the automatics move we seem to be moving from reward for performance to
try to make the non triers and non performers more proficient by allowing
them a few more bullets to spray around.?

He has 2 more bullets with an automatic, you think that wuld make the
difference?
