This article is as true today as when I wrote it.
The difference is that the Liberal Party started doing things I find
morally repugnant and I am no longer a member. So I joined a Trade Union
and helped oppose the morally repugnant things the Libs were doing.
I was very successful on behalf of the Libs, and they gave me a "Victory
96" medal in recognition of my efforts. I was very successful in opposing
Workchoices and the "Your Rights at Work" campaign sent me a "We made the
difference" medal in recognition of my efforts.
I wonder how many people have both these medals?
