I have with respect to those matters in relation to a PRIVATE PARKING
RIGHT particularized with document dated 14 July 2008 and signed 17
July 2008 has by now been served [I received delivery confirmation
that this occurred on 21 July 2008] on the various parties and I have
advised that after 30 days the matter would be directed to legal
counsel for action within an appropriate jurisdiction.
