For me as a high volume e-bay buyer, Oztion is a waste of time, it full of
failed e-bay sellers and by the prices there asking, it's no wonder.
Just do a quick scan of the CD and DVD-music pages to see that the number
of bids being placed is practically zero.
As far as e-bay is concerned, nothings changed since there fee paying
implemented changes did a back-down.
And as far as the buyer is concerned, it's a good system, Try getting a
full refund when you pay by direct deposit, Can't be done. I,ve had a
couple of disputes with sellers over the years and every time pay-pal have
come through with a full refund.
