Well of course most people who would go to a primary school looking
for kids to take naked pictures of wouldn't have been allowed on the
school grounds with the permission of the principal.
The only difference between him and some sicko pervert stalking out
some school is that he was granted permission and the only reason he
was granted permission is the cloak of legitimacy he has by being an
"Artist".
But if he wasn't recognized by the art community then of course he
wouldn't have gotten such permission and he would have been arrested
if he had asked permission to go to a school to scope out children to
take . photos of them.
