My difficulty is that I've been studying aboard in UK for two years (
enrolled year 9 in Sep 2004 in a state school and later on studying a
a boarder in a private school up to now, and hopefully will b
remaining at this school until July 2007, after the completion of m
GCSE, and I will proceed my A level course in a state school,) and no
the question is if I can enjoy the local student's university fee o
not? This has been a real headache for me and I've been hearin
different versions saying I can or I can't. So I just want to make us
of this chance in hoping someone can clearify my problem.
