Good morning All,

I live and work in the UK for the last three years on a work permit.
The company I work for wants me to move overseas as they have more
buiseness there. My question is how can I move abroad (while working
for a UK based company) and still can get the permanent visa (which is
1 more year to go only) and UK passport?

I have seen a document on the home office website, which allows doing
these with certain conditions but it didnt say how.
