about resident - I get post mail from city council , that I coudn'
reduce my local tax, because I am - in their letter , resident, but m
passport - ( they know WHO I AM ), don't let me apply for any kind o
benefits,
so I sure , that everybody know WHO I AM, and HO too.
so it looks I have to do something by myself, no help for me
