Hi All,
My wife is starting the application process for AOS, and I have a
quick question if anyone would be so kind.

On form I-131 Application for Travel Documents (advance parole), how
do we prove we qualify for this, and what circumstances warrant this?
My wife would like to travel back home for the holidays, but we have
no mandatory travel coming up (business or otherwise) so how do we go
about this?
