Subject: I-129F Medical time frame question Posted on: Fri, 28 Mar 2008 00:08:25 +0000 (UTC)

I have already mailed off my I-129F petition, it was approved and
sent
to the Visa center and my fianc=E9 in England has already gotten the
packet of information for his Police Clearance, Medical Exam and
Interview information.

My question is, how long does he have to work on getting his
documents
together, getting the police clearance and medical exam done? There
was no deadline and I can't find a time frame. He is having
difficulty getting his birth certificate and I don't want the
petition
approval to expire but I don't know how long its good for.

Does anyone know the time he is allowed to get that stuff done in
order to schedule his interview?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
