First, I am sorry this situation happened to you and your wife.I
understand exactly what you said.It happened with
my wife too,so you are not alone. Your wife has rights in this
country,since she was pregnant.That is the ultimate proof
of legality of a marriage.
In my wife case,she came here legally,she married me legally and live
together too.Despite of this,there are still
people looking for trouble to make our life harder.
During the interview,the INS officer in Reno was openly rude and
threaten to deport her with no reason
nor provocation.
My wife is so emotionally affected that she wants to return to her
country as soon as possible.
I hate to say it but I need her more than she needs me.


Now,I advise you to hire a super expert inmigration lawyer to fight
your case or move out to another country
as expat to a more inmigrant -friendly nation.
