No, each immigrant visa only is for the one person it was filed for.
Your stepdaughter will need an I-130 filed for her too. Both the K-1
(fiance(e) of U.S. citizen) and K-3 (spouse of U.S. citizen) have derivative
visas (K-2 and K-4 respectively), but they are defined as non-immigrant so
your wife cannot go back to a K-3 once she is an immigrant.
