Yea and get that I-130 done right away. I didn't get the child's
I-130 in the first application because I mistakenly thought the kid
was a 'derivative'... (not that she's not ;-),
It has cost me at least 6 months of wasted time. One of the
problems with immigration is, it's impossible to 'recover' from any
error in paperwork. They always put me in some sort of 'pause' mode,
so they can review the obvious. After the obvious is documented and
the confession is extracted... eventually things resume at a slower
pace. now I'm 14 months into this mess but fortunately I can afford
it. |
