There is no requirement for health insurance to enter the US on a
spousal visa, so I don't know why that was even brought up.
Being a sponsor is ot just a formality.
They are on the hook for the support of the immigrant until they become
a citizen or have 40 qualitfying quarters of employment.... or until
they die
Assets can also be pledged to cover income shortages. |
