mother/daughter I130 approved by CSC. I sent the money/fees to NVC.
$ for the mother and $0 for daughter (because daughter gets a ride on
the fees). I sent the money in one USPS express envelope, inside two
NVC envelopes clearly labelled. Mother's fee payment is acknowledged
in 2 weeks, the daughters 'fee acknowledgement' has not arrived after
2 additional weeks.
Question: should I be concerned? or is this typical?
