Another Update.
March 27 - Sent I-751 - Petition to remove conditions to USCIS
(Certified, return receipt, etc)
March 29 - Accepted at USCIS
April 3 - Received I-797 NOA per March 31
April 10 - Received ASC Appointment notice for Biometrics on April
30 in New Rochelle NY
Things are moving smooth and fast it seems. I hope the ASC in New
Rochelle is different from the living hell I remember from NYC /
Brooklyn ASC. At least I should be able to park my car. :)
I prepared the I-751 without the help of an attoney this time and my
package looked as follows:
- I 751
- Copy GC
- Previous address list
- Letters Accountant with joined tax returns 2007/2008
- Statements Joined Checking Account
- Deed for the house
- Insureance bills
- Utillity bills
- Mortage bills
- Car papers + registration
- Correspsondence common / shared friends and family
- Travel documents for holidays, family trips, etc
