Thanks again Capt.Tuttle..... here is the whole story: I have also a GC that
needs a removal of condition next year. The EAD was, i think, just a safe
harbor that my lawyer used in case my GC was no approved. Now, would you
advise me to renew the EAD just to be on the safe side?..... My marriage is
fully legal, although I work abroad. I just do not want anything going wrong
when is time to remove the conditional next year. What are your thoughts???
It would be another fee to pay (EAD) just to have it. What happens if I do
not extend this? can I do at any time??
