Assuming no skeletons in the closest, and you being a USC, your best
course of action is probably to get married and then for you to file a
I-130 and her to file i-485 as well as i-765.
The I-130 is immigration for a relative (your wife), the 485 is to
adjust status (gives her legal status now and not when the i130 is
approved) and 765 is work authorization.
