Well, the first thing to do is to file the tax return for the prior
years. Unless you've been making a lot of money, this will most likely
have a zero tax burden (you might even get money back from the stimulus
package).

As this would be immigration fraud, I'd recommend against it.
Realistically it's unlikely to get you thrown in jail and your husband
deported, but I don't see why you'd chance it.
