rant petitions, a priority date is the date the USCIS received the applicat=
ion.
If an application is filed today, you can expect results within the year. N=
ot bad compared to the average waiting time of 5 years under the EB3. EB2 i=
s also viable because most Filipino workers are already qualified due to th=
e years of work experience in their respective fields.
Lastly, having an advanced degree or equivalent (Bachelor=92s + 5 years) is=
not enough to file the petition in EB2. The job must also require it as a =
minimum.
