USCIS has informed that it has begun sending original I-797 receipt and app=
roval notices directly to applicants and petitioners, and copies of the not=
ices are being sent to attorneys or accredited representatives. Previously,=
the original notice was being sent to the attorney or accredited represent=
ative, and a copy was sent to the address the applicant or petitioner. USCI=
S has informed that it has implemented this change to ensure that documents=
, such as I-94s, are mailed directly to the address specified by the applic=
ant or petitioner.=20
