Please learn to drive before pontificating about what is possible.

It is becoming more and more obvious that Cynic is right, and you do
not drive.

Utter rubbish, as anybody who drives regularly is well aware.

If you are a sufficient distance back (i.e. at least 2 seconds at
40mph+) then you will be able to see a significant amount ahead of any
normal vehicle in front of you.

Normal driving vision.

Those powers are only "apparently superhuman" to somebody who doesn't
drive, and doesn't take the trouble to observe the road ahead when a
passenger.
