Interestingly, the author libelled me in return when posting one of
his rants. He said I was "harassing him" which was also "contrary to
UK law" and called me "a man possessed". Utterly untrue, because I
had only posted comments agreeing with what other negative reviewers
had said. This is certainly not harassment.

Has he not undermined his own case by making these accusations against
me? If he serves a writ I will inform my solicitor of these
statements.
