The police said they know who the registered keeper was, they did not give
me a name and address.
I am trying to figure out why the police cant find out who the car was sold
to seeing as the previous keeper is liable by law to inform the DVLA if they
sell their car and who they sell it to.
I have had a look at the MIB site, do I email them to do a search?
