That's not going to stop kp, but will stop adverts for fake watches.

'eraser' type programs are rubbish at deleting individual files or groups
of files. Files that have been 'erased' (not just deleted) by overwriting
often leave traces in other areas of the disc - swap files etc. They're
often easy enough to recover using simple keyboard attacks.

Wiping the whole disc is much safer.
