My wife and I are having problems with one of the two young kids from next
door. He's 6 but a vandalistic little ., I have a wooden fence between
our properties that's been there for years, just recently we decided to put
up a concrete wall, the foundations haven't been dug yet but all materials
are on site. I started taking the old fence down but left enough or so I
thought to stop the little bastard getting into our property. Caught him red
handed tonight again trying to rip the netting I have over the Greenhouse
for shading and as usual he denied it, his parents aren't interested. If
he's not vandalising he's throwing crap from the bins over the fence or
trampling over my veg plot. The neighbour on the other side has problems
with him as well, they've put a six foot fence up but he's managed to make
holes in that. I want to put a layer of cement on top of my wall when it's
built and put broken glass into it as I know the little . will try to get
on top of it, I know this is probably illegal but is there anything else I
could use on the wall top to stop the little . getting on top and also
into my property? It'll have to be strong so that rules out wooden trellis.
