Hmmm. I was once stopped by plod and asked for my name and address
and the name and address of the owner of the vehicle. I handed plod a
personal business card but he would not accept it and said I had to
say it verbally and wait till he wrote it down in his official
notebook at extremely slow speed. What is the legal position here?
