on that note, our council installed a plastic tough window on an estate that
the kids kept breaking for fun. another little Jimmy not knowing the new
plastic was there, threw a brick and it bounced off hitting his head. Next
thing parents are round at the council office screaming at the staff for
assulting their child.......sigh
