And that is the nub, really. I noticed the other day that supermarkets
generally have been less busy in recent weeks as belts are tightened
and people are less eager to spend, spend, spend, so I reckon the
course these particular staff members allegedly attended was arranged
specifically to cut down on the number of times different branches
give refunds.
