Why should anyone be certain to know the new address for the person you've
just bought a house from or even if they've actually bought another house?
It isn't something that would be on any legal correspondence so unless they
specifically told you there's no way you'd know it. When I bought my current
house the sellers did tell me their new address because we'd got to know
each other quite well and wanted to stay in touch. When I bought the
previous house to this I had no idea where the seller went to. I can't
recall if I even met them or was just shown round by an estate agent.
