Your trust would be misplaced then.
All libel actions with out fail are lost causes .....think about it,
if you say I am a sickoe, Ive been libeled and can sue you, the
slightest thing you say is and can be twisted and actioned depending
on YOU. Now the courts know this and make sure libel is one of the
most expensive actions to present, so its a no brain-er never to get
involved in this sort of thing unless youre either a man of straw up
against a very wealthy guy......learn from Turtill and his libel
action against Hornby. |
