No, I understood perfectly and you have just reinforced my
understanding, were it in need of any reinforcement, by saying that
many and/or frequent mistakes can be prosecuted. Many/frequent, fine.
How does that help *me* in the case of one particular mistake that
disadvantages *me*? For *I* have no redress in that instance. I just
have to trust to luck that one day, invisible to me or my wallet, the
store might just get its comeuppance.
