You are so well named but I wonder who you really are behind that
mask.
You are quick to assert your legal opinions but you have obviously not
read my notice of appeal or you would have realised that my rights
under English common law have been completely violated.
I do respect English law and thats why I came to the UK to answer the
charges of libel.
Regardless of the fact that I was a litigant in person that should not
mean I have no rights but it seems to be so.
Perhaps as an Irishman, that also didnt help and I was there to be
hammered by judge King.
I didnt get to put in my evidence because he wouldnt let me speak and
judge King is now party to that cover up of the Ripper debacle which
has left the public at risk and many other innocent women have been
murdered since I first exposed the real Ripper.
King is trying to keep the lid on something that is going to explode
in his fact soon.
How can you call it British justice when a non national is summoned to
a summary hearing and told he has no evidence just because the judge
doesnt wish to look at it and then proceeds to make a summary order
denying you your right to a jury trial and your rights under article 6
of the European convention on human rights and your right to an appeal
and calls you a liar?
Is that British justice? Coming from the mother of democracy?
I suggest that you read my appeal and think about the points I raised
regardless of how much you dislike me and my unprofessional approach.
The Ripper victims didnt have the luxury of having a legal brain such
as yours to guide them during their hour of need. Nor indeed the many
other victims, most unsolved, since I first exposed the cover up.
I understand that Billy Tracey, the real Ripper is living in London
today.
Needless to say he cant come back here to Ireland because he is so
secure in the UK with your police and judges protecting their criminal
convictions of the copycat killer and such other misfits and
pretending that they have the real killers locked up and away from the
public.
Is it any wonder that law and order is breaking down there?
How about the criminal policemen who beat up and secured confessions
from the Birmingham 6, the Guildford 4, the Maguire 7, Stefan Kiszko,
Anthony Steel, Judith Ward and so many more innocent people who are
only the tip of the iceberg, who managed to secure their freedom and
be exhonerated.
Nothing ever happened to any of those corrupt policemen who were in
fact serious and serial criminals who were protected by the courts and
people like bent judge Timothy King.
They all went on to frame other innocent people in their own way of
extracting confessions from the usual suspects.
King is now involved with the Yorkshire Ripper and that is not nice.
