Yes, and I made the mistake of entering London the other day.
Listened to one of the local London radio stations, and there was a
government advert for the new terror hotline (or whatever). At first I
thought the advert was a spoof, but it was genuine. It went along the
lines of

"if you see someone taking a photo, you do not need to worry if it is
innocent or not, just call us and we will sort it out. If you see
someone buying large quantities of goods, you do not need to worry if
it is innocent or not, just call us and we will sort it out."

This country is turning more like the old GDR / USSR with every passing
day.

But if any of you notice any one taking a photo, especially of things
like Parlianment or the Tower of London, better get calling.

Oh and that old lady, buying a large quantity of pototoes in Tesco the
other day, I guess I better phone, just in case, I mean the green bits
can contain cyanide right?, obviously she could be a terrorist
collecting as many green parts of spuds as possible, to mount a hideous
poisoning campaign.
