This does the rounds every few years , its an urban myth on uk domestic
telecom networks its not possible
What does happen sometimes is you alert someone that the number is
active and a message will cut in asking you to provide your full name ,
address and bank details so that they can send you the prize .
The info is then used to create a profile of you for future identity
theft attempts .
