Cannabis was class B anyway until fairly recently and it didn't stop
people using it, so why should returning it to class B stop people using
it?
Besides, if the government is so keen that adults and children be unable
to take a substance which is harmful, how come I can go to the corner
shop and buy a bottle of bleach and some rat poison then call to a
couple of chemists on the way back and buy enough paracetamol to destroy
all my internal organs?
I can't see how anyone can seriously claim that the government's pissing
about with cannabis classification is an indication of their wish to
protect us all from harmful substances.
The fact is, parents need to protect their children from harmful
substances, not the government.
