Could the heir to the throne marry a non European. Or rather would he
be *allowed* to marry anyone other than a European. Would it be
possible for the heir to the British crown to marry a black person ?

What would be the likelyhood of that happening ? Come to think of it I
don't recall seeing many black footmen on TV when the Queen is on !
