It's certainly not right that the police can keep wasting someones
time when there is clearly no evidence, and in my case, my solicitor
has made it clear to the police that my initial arrest was in his
view, unlawful. Something maybe I can bring up at the magistrates
court.
I just want them to stop 'harnessing' me which it certainly feels
