having looked on the net they only charge if a fault is in customers
equipment. I had tested for several days with the front of the main socket
and the extensions disconnected and the fault was there. the socket was
loose and new adsl filters were there from my testing on his arrival, I had
a list of times and details of the fault... are they on bonus for billing
customers with co charges
