It seems a bad way to achieve justice to me though Todal. He libels
somebody and he gets the bill. He libels him again and he gets another
bill and so on but surely as time goes by and fewer and even fewer
take any notice of him the libel becomes less as less damage is done
to the persons reputation. I totally dislike gagging orders of any
sort in the UK having been the victim of one myself. A gagging order
always seems to me to be giving material for conspiracy theorist and
even appear to be trying to hide something. I am no supporter of the
author of this thread but the gagging but does give him credibility
amongst some folks.
